This session will present guidelines and suggestions for using social media, news outlets, and communication strategies to effectively "brand" your school programs to communicate positive messages about what is happening in your schools to parents, the community, and the press for advocacy and transparency. Participants will learn what a "brand" is, how to write a press release, and how to use social media and local resources to effectively promote school programs.
